Image AI: Terms of usage

Welcome to the Image AI application (referred to as the “App”) provided by Clever Mobile (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. User Content

2.1 Text Descriptions: When using the App, you may provide text descriptions to generate images. You are solely responsible for the content of these descriptions.

2.2 Ownership: You retain ownership of the text descriptions you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use these descriptions to generate images as per your instructions.

3. Prohibited Conduct

While using the App, you agree not to:

3.1 Violate Applicable Laws: Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3.2 Misuse the App: Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the App.

3.3 Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other user accounts, or our computer systems or networks.

3.4 Modify or Reverse Engineer: Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: The App and all of its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Clever Mobile and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available within the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion and without notice if you violate these Terms of Use.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App following the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
